Michelle Obama's inaugural gown was designed by Jason Wu. Wu, a fairly new fashion designer, has been worn by First Lady Obama in the past. In fact, she wore a dress by Wu during the Barbara Walter's special back in December. That dress, like the gown worn tonight, also had the flower details that are hand embroidered by Wu.

Again, beautiful silhouette, but I wouldn't say that the dress was worth the three months of anticipation...
