1. Diddy
2. Kanye
3. John Legend
4. Jay - Z
Here is my take on how I would rank these gentlemen..
1. Kanye West (Trendsetter)

Kanye has a style all of his own... one that can be admired by many but worn by only the most exclusive.. To me, Kanye puts alot of thought behind what he wears, and his choice in designers are very different from the mainstream. Yes he loves Louis Vuitton, but he introduces unique designers, such as Jeremy Scott (the creator of the ONLY real pair of "stronger" glasses, so if you own a pair, you definitely don't have the original). I can't wait for him to finally bring out his impatiently anticipated line, Pastelle.
2. John Legend (Dapper and Tailored)

What I like about JL's style is that its classic... it will NEVER go out of style. He throws on a V-neck sweater with a nice collared shirt and a ridiculous jacket, and looks timeless. Also, his clothes truly fit... you can definitely tell that everything he gets is either custom for him, or at least sent to his tailor before he wears it.
3. Diddy (Fashion Icon)

Diddy to me is truly a fashion icon, because of the way he forced himself on the fashion world and they have embraced every moment of it. If you haven't seen his MTV documentary, If I were King, you definitely missed out on a chance to really appreciate his eye for fashion. The reason he isn't higher up in rank for me is that I am not too thrilled about his urban wear. Still too baggy for today's trends. He also still wears black shoes with a light colored suit, and I can't get with that.... The suit and the shoes separately however, are HOT
4. Jay - Z (Audible Stylist)

Jay-Z doesn't really do anything spectacular with his style (except for this killer Tom Ford Suit), BUT when he says that something is whack in his song, we all listen and make sure we don't do it again. When he got over jerseys and started wearing button ups.. so did we.... When he made a snap on girls with the Fake Manolo Boots from Steve Madden, all of you ladies put them back in the box never to be worn again... Any designer that he mentions in his song (Birkin Bags, Louboutons, Audemars Piguet watches) makes us go right to Google to look them up and see how much it is, and if we can afford it.
