What was I doing while Obama was making history????
History was made Yet again tonight, as the nation announces our first African-American Presidential Candidate! I say "yet again" because the Democratic nomination was historic in its own regard... The attached pics are shots I took while at Harry's Famous BBQ and Chicken (Great restaurant, I will blog about this place next..) I got carried away and took a snapshot each time CNN announced that Obama was a delegate closer to winning the nomination. Not sure if you watched Obama's speech in St. Paul, Minnesota, but his suit was well tailored, as always, and Michelle Obama was ever so fly with her purple tank dress and black belt. Slits on the side of the dress... FLY!! She is the next Jackie Kennedy....... Other than the fashion, Obama's speech was incredibly powerful... Very reminiscent to MLK's speech... This one will definitely go down as one of the most powerful speeches made. Now I release you to go by Obama T-Shirts

Thats right! Eating fried chicken, ribs, mac n' cheese and greens... Soul food and politics go well together... I think Barack will agree...Who dare wants to make a stereotype??? SAY IT LOUD (you know the rest.....)
