Samsung's first Windows Modible DivX certified mobile phone hits the market this month. The Samsung Omnia has touchscreen capabilities and a TV Out function that directly links media from the phone onto your TV screen. Again US dwellers, make sure you have a sim card AND a friend in Asia or Europe, because there aren't any talks of this phone coming to the states at this time...
