Today, the AKA Centennial Barbie was debuted by Mattel. This is the first Barbie to be based on any sorority. The new doll commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. The doll will sell for $50, and is available in retailers, and the Barbie Collector Website. All of you that will be attending the festivities next week, you will have first dibs on this commemorative piece, because they will go on sale at the convention...you may want to hop on buying this so that you can be the talk of the town!
