Whoa! Toccara has shed quite a few pounds, and has become only the third plus-size model to appear in Vogue Magazine. What was once a rumor is now proven with this large (no pun intended) spread of miss Tocara. Those "full grown dogs" as described by Ms. Jay on ANTM are out and about in one of these pics! Another ANTM non-winner who is doing much better than the winner... Black models rule.
