Taylor Swift - My Best Dressed! Beautiful and elegant, with a really nice silhouette for a young lady. And the back is totally out, which adds some extra swag to it.
Katie Perry - I think the color was perfect for her.. it kind of softened her look, since we associate her with being a bad girl. The exaggerated bow is definitely in this year, but only when done correctly... This was done correctly.
Jonas Brothers - Always dapper on the Red Carpet, giving us just enough edge for gentlemen. I would wear each of these outfits. Very smooth.
Bangladesh - Yes, this is one of my best dressed! Why? Because this outfit screams "MUSIC" to me. Edgy, different, original - thats music! This isn't the Oscars people.. live a little!
Jay-Z - Jay Z always has a very classic look on the Red Carpet. Love the cap-toe dress shoes that he has on... and did anyone see the pinky ring he had on? I wonder if Beyonce put that ring on him?The Bad:
I love M.I.A. but she is not fly like paper in this dress. I still give her respect for coming out on her due date to the Red Carpet. When you are THAT pregnant, you can wear whatever you want. I actually liked her polka dot outfit from her performance.. some of you may have hated it, but it comes from last season's runway show.. so she is couture and you don't even know it! This outfit, however, was not on the runway and it not cool.
Lisa Rinna - She will continue to be on my worst dressed list until she decides to put her goodies back in the jar!
Jennifer Hudson - Love her performance, Love her.. did not like this outfit.. at all... it doesn't work on her body shape at all.
Paris Hilton - The shoes are sick, but the dress looks like lingerie.
Paula Abdul - Too much aluminum foil around the dress. Too much hair.. The same designer that created this also created my #2 best dressed Katy Perry, but this yellow number did not work on Paula Abdul (I still respect her for being my crush back when I was in elementary school).
Solange - She is NOT on my worst dressed list! Wow, I never like her style, but I actually liked this last night. I just didn't like the random purse she has with it. Very happy that she isn't giving us big Lion King hair either.

Neyo - I actually like the outfit, but I just want to see something different from Neyo.. and different for him would be a solid pattern suit. I really liked the shoes. They looked like they had a green hue to it.
T.I. - The jeans and the white shirt not tucked in made this outfit not work for him totally. The idea is OK, but it was not executed at all.
