OK, so WWD reports that the ugly-whack-unstylish-any other negative adjective ( those are my words, not WWD, but you get the point) "shoe" maker Crocs alleges that Skechers footwear using "Nano Lite" foam construction mimics Crocs' designs and logos. The suit alleges that Skecher's' Low Tide, Gypsies and Wooly Bully models, among others, infringe on Crocs' designs, as does a cartoon bear used on the rivet of Sketcher's' foam footwear.
Seriously Crocs? First off, I can't believe I have posted something about you on this blog, but you are getting beside yourself. This reminds me of someone who is whack normally, then they get lots of money, and now they are suddenly the hottest thing around, and thinks that everyone wants to be like them. I should sue Sketchers for making shoes that look like crocs! Let's all get together and stab Sketchers for thinkin' that its cool to be like Crocs! If Crocs jumped off the whack bridge and jumped into their whack river, would you do it too? AAARRGH! I am over it.
