Should Katie Holmes be praised for bringing the cuffs back?? Or should the Fashion Police Cuff her for trying to bring back this 80's style? I think that if the jeans weren't so baggy, and if the shirt was more fitted, this look could be pulled off. I don't like the scarf though.. it looks way too random. I'm not opposed by you ladies who try this, but know that you will be compared to Katie Holmes, and I don't want you to have to go through that ridicule. Give it a couple more months and see if it catches on, and then you can try it out.
