Lights Down - Abstract Black and Whit American Flag - Time for "New America", the theme for the Fall 2009 William Rast Collection. This rugged collection was rich with denim and fringe, leathers and metal studs..The most dramatic piece was the fur coat, which was worn on the perfect model - her walk really made the outfit. I thought it was a pretty wearable collection - the acid washed denim skirt was probably the coolest piece for the ladies. The leather jackets were the best for the guys.
