Raquel Zimmerman is the covergirl for the upcoming issue of Elle Brazil. I posted the cover and a pic from her spread, which detail a couple looks that I think are perfect for the ladies this Spring and Summer.
Plaid is totally in for both men and women, and shear plaid is the way to go for the ladies. If you are doing a sheer top, then definitely opt for a cami or tank underneath. Go gray, purple and navy for the season.
Fall colors are perfect for the Spring and Summer as well. Deep oranges and mustards are good color combos for the upcoming season, and will matriculate well throughout the Fall. You can look "Rather Autumnal" as President Obama would say... I don't know about the thigh boots however.. you all know how I feel about that (only Mary J Blige can wear them).
Wow, those thigh high boots are so great because they work with the outfit. Plus, the cognac color is so much better than the typical black leather thigh high boots we are usually shown. The outfit looks fun, unique, clean, and sexy. The boots really dominate the tone... which is awesome!
ReplyDeleteGood eye Kirk! The thigh boot is a better option when not black leather.. it gives it a more spring look to it. Still not the best option for every body type, but it is a very hip alternative for a thigh boot!
