Beyonce Sued by Abercrombie & Fitch

We all know that The Beyonce is known to use other people's ideas, whether by choice or not (though she normally does it better than the originals), but this time it may catch up with her. WWD reports that Abercrombie & Fitch is suing Beyonce for trademark infringement over her new fragrance, which is branded after her stage name. A&F claims that their fragrance, called "Fierce" has been trademark protected since 2003. Beyonce's team ignored the cease and desist request and continued with the branding of the new scent. Of course it will sell better than Abercrombie's.. I mean its THE BEYONCE! That still doesn't make it justifiable...
