While Lady Gaga could definitely be the face behind the skeleton, this is real ink, on a real man!  Model Ryan Genest, featured in Lady Gaga's "Born this Way" video, and also featured in Vogue Hommes Japan, was discovered by stylist Nicola Formechetti on facebook (perhaps the millions of "models" with bathroom cell phone pics have a chance) and has found himself the face (and bones) of the new Mugler campaign.
